Choose your preferred two services during the booking process, such as advanced face painting, balloon twisting, or bubble shows. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Service Policy π Booking & Deposit A deposit is required to secure your booking. All bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. π Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. One reschedule is permitted at no additional charge, provided that we are informed at least 5 days in advance of the original booking date. Requests made within 5 days of the booking may not be eligible for rescheduling. Any additional rescheduling beyond the first change will be treated as a new booking and subject to availability. β Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the original booking deposit / booking fee portion. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable and the full service fee will be retained. β° Late Start / Delays Our service time begins at the agreed booking time. If there are delays in starting the event due to guest arrival, venue access, or setup delays on the clientβs side, the session may still finish at the originally scheduled end time. If the delay is caused on our side, we will do our best to provide the full agreed service time. If this is not possible due to venue limitations or scheduling constraints, the service fee may be adjusted accordingly. Extensions may be available depending on availability and will be charged accordingly. π¦ Weather Policy (Outdoor Events) For outdoor events, a suitable undercover or indoor backup area must be provided in case of bad weather. If no suitable space is available upon arrival, we may not be able to proceed with the service, and the booking may be forfeited. π¨βπ©βπ§ Group Size & Service Flow Our packages are designed based on the number of children and the booking duration. For larger groups, we strongly recommend adding extra time or additional entertainers to ensure a smoother experience and reduced waiting time. π Service & Entertainer All bookings are arranged and managed by Gracia Party Studio. Entertainers may vary depending on availability, but all team members are trained to deliver a consistent, fun, and high-quality experience. π¬ General We always do our best to accommodate requests and make your event fun, smooth, and memorable.
